WARATAH ST STUDIO

Leeton based artist, Ayla Young is the founder of Waratah St Studio, a place where she explores her love of charcoal and drawing. Growing up in Riverina, Ayla has always had a love for country landscapes and the rural life, which is often the leading subject of her artworks. After winning the Leeton Penny Paniz Acquisitive Arts Prize in 2022, Ayla has become an active member within the art circles of Leeton and looks forward to continuing to grow her artistic practice and connections within the wider community.
